Fair, Honest, and Straight Forward...

I-ON Optics limited warranty states that this Laser Rangefinder is free from defects in material and manufacturing for a period of one year from date of purchase. Your sales receipt will be required for verification. No "Warranty Card" or other "Product Registration" is necessary. If you purchase your rangefinder online, your Pay Pal email receipt is required for verification.

I-ON Optics warranty DOES NOT COVER damage caused by abuse, misuse, improper handling, alteration, accident, neglect, disassembly or dropping.

If the unit fails to function as it was designed, we will examine its condition upon its return to us, identify why it failed and respond in an appropriate manner. If we determine that there is a defect in the manufacturing or materials, we will repair or replace it with the same model, or one of equal value. If the problem is determined not to be caused by defects in the manufacturing or materials, we will give an estimate for repairs. Upon agreement and payment, we will perform the necessary repair. If we determine that the unit was damaged by any of the above listed reasons and cannot be reasonably repaired, we will return the unit to you and recommend that it be "retired". Note: manufacturer does not warranty the battery.

Include:
• A check or money order in the amount of $10.00 to cover return postage and handling
• Name and address of customer for product return
• Explanation of perceived defect
• Proof of Date Purchased (copy of receipt)
